What is OpenSlot?
OpenSlot is an AI-powered Revenue Operating System for healthcare practices. OpenSlot OS connects revenue intelligence, prioritization, workflows, and measurable outcomes across a coordinated set of capabilities — PULSE, Benjamin, ECHO, and the AI Office Manager — all reported into one Revenue Command Center.
Is OpenSlot a scheduling tool?
No. OpenSlot is not scheduling software, a CRM, or a marketing dashboard. Traditional scheduling software manages the calendar a practice can see. OpenSlot is built to identify, prioritize, recover, and measure revenue — including revenue outside what a calendar shows.
Is Benjamin an SEO tool?
No. Benjamin is Growth Intelligence — it identifies where future revenue can be created, compares growth opportunities, estimates potential value, and helps leadership determine where the practice should grow next. Digital visibility is one possible signal Benjamin can consider, not the definition of what Benjamin does.
What do PULSE, ECHO, and the AI Office Manager do?
PULSE is Executive Revenue Intelligence that prioritizes opportunities and helps leadership understand what deserves attention first. ECHO is Revenue Recovery Intelligence that identifies revenue already at risk and helps organize missed or stalled opportunities into prioritized recovery workflows. The AI Office Manager is Workflow Intelligence that helps organize recommended next steps, staff responsibilities, and progress.
Is OpenSlot fully autonomous?
No. OpenSlot is not a fully autonomous system. It identifies and prioritizes opportunities and helps coordinate recovery workflows, with your team directing and taking the actions that require a personal touch.
Is the interactive demo real production software?
The current OpenSlot experience is an interactive MVP using illustrative demonstration data. It does not use live patient information or represent a production healthcare environment. See Product Status and Roadmap for what's built today versus what's planned.
Is OpenSlot HIPAA compliant?
OpenSlot is not currently HIPAA compliant and does not hold any compliance certification. The current MVP does not process live patient information or PHI. The production platform is being designed with security and privacy principles in mind — see Security and HIPAA Readiness for detail.
What is the Revenue Leak Score?
The Revenue Leak Score is an illustrative score shown in the interactive MVP that distills open opportunities — missed calls, cancellations, inactive patients, and more — into a single number intended to show which problems deserve attention first.
Who is OpenSlot built for?
OpenSlot is designed for outpatient healthcare organizations — from single-provider practices (dental, primary care, specialty) to multi-location clinics.
